Obituary of Warren Tyndale Faulkner

Warren Tyndale Faulkner was born on January 14, 1922 and passed from this world on 4 April 2011. He grew up in the hill country near the Oregon coast and travelled the world, raising a family in California but always longing to return home to Oregon. He finally settled down in Beaverton, a short drive to the place where he was raised. Warren was a Logger, Teacher, an Engineer, and a Son of the American Revolution, but most importantly, he was a loving husband and father. Known by family and friends for his gentle kindness, he had a way of quickly establishing rapport with all whom he met. And those that met Warren would remember him for his encyclopedic knowledge of family matters, strong views on world affairs, and his exceptional insight. He made a difference in the lives of those he met through either word or deed, or sometimes simply a touch. Warren spent the last 1 1/2 years of his life at Rosewood Specialty Care for the memory impaired where he had a remarkable effect on his fellow travelers. Always available with a quick smile and handshake, he was a constant reminder that sometimes the situations that seem the worst can bring out the best in people. And he did, everyday. Warren is survived by his wife Berniece, his three children Stan, Kami and Ted; two grandchildren, Christopher Faulkner and Aaron Faulkner, and one great grandchild, Jude Michael Faulkner. He will be sorely missed by all. Service Information
