Obituary of Emile Menard

Ray was born April 29, 1934 in New Bedford, Mass. Ray retired from the U.S. Navy as a Chief Instrumentman General after serving and being wounded in the Korean war. He married Betty Beck in 1956. Ray and Betty had five children: Raylene Rowin, Larry Menard Sr., Rick Menard, Cheryl Scudder, Billy Fuhrer and many grandchildren.
