Obituary of Kenneth Fremont Mahle

Kenneth F. Mahle was born on July 4, 1918 to Fremont and Ethel Mahle in Crosby, Minnesota. Ken passed away at home on January 29, 2013 with family at his side. Ken was a veteran of the Army Air Corps during World War II with duty stations in California and the Philippine Islands. Upon his discharge he attended Cal-Aero Aviation College where he earned his A&P license. Ken also earned his private pilot license and flight instructor certification. Ken worked in the aviation industry until his retirement in 1983. He is survived by his sister, Lois Allan, nephew Keith Allan, great nephews Eric Allan and Taylor Nida and great-great nieces Kalina Allan and Megan Wellman as well as the many other people whose lives he touched along the way. He had a love of family, fishing, and the outdoors. Ken was a great story teller. He will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts. We love you. Service Information
